Nuska offers digital products only. Since our products are delivered online, our refund and cancellation policy is based on delivery status and service completion.

  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours of payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If we are unable to complete your order for any reason, we will refund the full payment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Once work has started on a custom digital product, cancellation may not be possible.
